Navigate to the section where you can ‘Add Service’ or select ‘SMTP Provider’.

Connect Gmail:

Choose Gmail from the list of available email services.

Click on ‘Connect’ or ‘Add’, and you will be prompted to enter your Gmail credentials. This might redirect you to a Google login page where you must authorize Funnels to access your email account.

Authorization:

After entering your Gmail credentials, grant the necessary permissions for Funnels to manage your emails. This integration allows Funnels to send and receive emails on behalf of your Gmail account.

Save Settings:

Once your Gmail account is connected, ensure you save the settings in Funnels. This final step secures the integration and makes your Gmail account ready to use within the Funnels platform.

Benefits of Using Dedicated Email Domains

Professionalism: Emails sent from a dedicated domain reflect professionalism and maintain brand consistency.

Deliverability: Proper DNS settings, including SPF and DKIM records, enhance email deliverability, reducing the likelihood of your emails being marked as spam.

Navigating to Opportunities: In your Funnels dashboard, find and click on the ‘Opportunities’ section. Here, you can view all current opportunities aligned with various pipelines.

Viewing Pipelines: Within the opportunities section, you will see the different pipelines that have been previously set up. Pipelines are essentially a series of stages that an opportunity moves through, representing different phases of your engagement or sales process.

From the opportunities section, select the pipeline where you want to add an opportunity.

Modifying Pipelines

Accessing Pipeline Settings: To view or edit existing pipelines, navigate back to the pipelines overview within the opportunities section.

Creating a New Pipeline:

Click on ‘New Pipeline’ if available, or look for an option to create a pipeline within the interface.

Customize the pipeline by adding specific stages that reflect your process, such as initial contact, negotiation, closure, etc.

Using Drag and Drop: Move opportunities between stages by simply dragging and dropping them into the desired stage. This visual interaction makes it easy to manage the flow and track progress.

How to make Pipeline in funnels

Creating and Managing Pipelines in Funnels

In this segment of our tutorial series, we'll focus on setting up and managing pipelines in Funnels, a crucial feature for visualizing and managing your business processes effectively. Pipelines in Funnels allow you to track the progress of various tasks or deals through different stages, from initiation to completion. Let’s explore how to create a new pipeline and understand its functionality.

What is a Pipeline?

A pipeline represents your business flow visually, breaking down the process into sequential stages. Each stage represents a phase of the customer journey or a project milestone.

Creating a New Pipeline

Access Pipeline Settings: From the main dashboard in Funnels, navigate to the pipeline section.

Create New Pipeline:

Click on ‘Create New Pipeline’. This will prompt you to set up a new pipeline suited to a specific aspect of your business, such as sales, recruitment, or project management.

Name Your Pipeline: Assign a name that reflects its purpose, for example, 'Sales Pipeline' or 'Project Delivery Pipeline'.

Configuring Stages

Define Stages:

Input the stages your pipeline should include. Common stages in a sales pipeline might include 'New Lead', 'Hot Lead', 'Discovery Call', 'Proposal Sent', 'Negotiation', 'Won', and 'Lost'.

Each stage should represent a step in your process where an opportunity or project can be moved forward or redirected based on specific criteria.

Using Example Pipelines

Agency Pipeline Example:

For a service agency, stages might include 'Initial Contact', 'Discovery Call', 'Proposal Sent', 'On Hold', 'Won', and 'Lost'.

This helps in tracking the client engagement from the first contact through to the project's completion or termination.

Sales Pipeline Example:

Start with 'New Lead' for incoming prospects.

Move to 'Hot Leads' for leads that have expressed strong interest or fit specific qualifying criteria.

'Appointment Booked' indicates a scheduled meeting or discussion.

Use 'No Show' for leads who fail to appear for scheduled appointments.

Additional stages might include 'Negotiation' and 'Closed' (subdivided into 'Won' and 'Lost').

Automating Pipeline Movements

Set Automations:

Automate the transition of opportunities or tasks from one stage to another based on specific actions or criteria. For example, after a successful discovery call, an opportunity can automatically move from 'Discovery Call' to 'Proposal Sent'.

Automations can help reduce manual work and ensure that no opportunities slip through the cracks.

Managing and Adjusting Pipelines

Monitor and Adapt:

Regularly review the effectiveness of your pipelines. Are there stages where opportunities consistently stall? Are some stages unnecessary or overly complicated?

Adjust the stages and automation rules as needed based on performance data and feedback from your team.

Additional Features and Support

Explore More Functions:

Utilise additional pipeline features like tagging for better organisation, filtering for quicker access, and reporting tools for analytics.

For more complex setups or integrations, don’t hesitate to use available resources or contact support at [email protected] for personalised assistance.
